We have lived in many places over the years. Usually when we have a problem they either don’t get it fixed or take weeks to correct the situation. Lucas has excellent communication and either picks up the phone on the fist call or calls back within a couple of hours. Not only does he fix the issue but he comes in with his contractors and makes the unit better. It is awesome having someone we can trust

Before Lucas we had a company we won’t name managing our unit. They were impossible to get a hold of. They never fixed any of the problems we had the whole time we lived there. It seemed they did not care about us at all. Assured Loyalty management was the complete opposite experience. They genuinely seemed to care about us. They did what they said they would do. We had a water leak in our bathroom and they took care of it the next day. I wish all management companies were like this. Thank you so much Lucas and team

Living at Archer Ave is a great apartment. Great location, 5-10 min away from OTR and my job with the college. Laundry on property and own parking spot! The landlord is easy to get a hold of and responds to any issues in a quick, timely manner
